Automatic fire extinguishing system with sprinklers on each area. The storage area is covered with ESFR K240 sprinklers, the production area is served by two distinct ACS and protected with K160 sprinklers, and the administrative area is served by K80 sprinklers. The automatic fire protection option was chosen, with sprinklers on the entire surface of the built area, to offer the client flexibility in the layout of the spaces.

For air conditioning, the solution chosen was to install a VRV system, mounted in the coffered ceiling, unlike phase 1 of the project, where classic, bi-split devices were installed. The VRV air conditioning variant offers the client an aesthetic solution, integrated into the interior architecture, and great comfort. In addition to those listed above, the system contributes to reducing the building's energy consumption, replacing the classic heating system in the transitional seasons.

Construction of the electricity supply installation in the industrial park's transformer station, equipping local transformer stations with state-of-the-art medium voltage transformers and cells.
Achieving efficient energy distribution by equipping with general switchboards and secondary distribution boards.

An improvement over the initial project, the existing M1 hall: it was decided to create lighting in the production and storage area with a distribution system through an encapsulated bar, an easily configurable, modern system with easy possibilities for modifications.
