Ventilation ductwork

ABOUT US

ICCO Instal

A significant part of the metal fabrication production is focused on ventilation ductwork. Originating from the need to supply our own projects, the production of ventilation ductwork has experienced steady growth in recent years.

With applications in various areas of ventilation systems, the ductwork produced by ICCO Instal meets quality requirements and complies with industry-specific standards.

ABOUT US

Fields of activity

As a key component of HVAC systems within buildings, ventilation ductwork can be used in industrial, commercial, or residential projects alike. Whether it concerns air distribution, air quality, or thermal comfort, ventilation ductwork plays a crucial role in managing a building’s indoor climate.

1. Spiro ventilation ductwork 2. Rectangular ventilation ductwork 3. Smoke extraction ventilation ductwork

Spiro ventilation ductwork

Formed by rolling a metal strip or sheet into a continuous spiral, it offers increased rigidity and reduced pressure loss. It is ideal for air distribution networks over long distances.Specifications:
Lengths up to 3 meters per duct
Standard diameters: Ø80 mm – Ø1500 mm
Easy to connect with standardized fittings

Rectangular ventilation ductwork

Rectangular ductwork is the most commonly used in ventilation systems for commercial and industrial buildings. It ensures easy installation and is adaptable to narrow spaces or complex geometries.Specifications:
Made from galvanized sheet metal, with an optional stainless steel version
Lengths between 1250 mm and 1500 mm
Easy to connect with special clamps

Smoke extraction ventilation ductwork

Manufactured according to strict safety standards, it is designed to withstand high temperatures and is used for smoke extraction in case of fire. Specifications:
Rectangular section, similar to standard ductwork
Thicknesses and finishes adapted to fire resistance requirements

Accessories for adapting the ventilation network

For the complete configuration of the ventilation network, we offer a wide range of special fittings that allow for deviation, branching, or section adaptation:

Elbows – at 90° or 45°, symmetrical or asymmetrical, for changes in direction along the ductwork route
Tees – symmetrical or asymmetrical, for branching
Offsets – with or without section modification
Reducers – symmetrical or asymmetrical, for adapting to different sections
Branch fittings – two-way, symmetrical or lateral
Rectangular-to-round transitions – terminal elements or transitions between sections
Plenums and control dampers
