Because the maintenance of installations is essential, ICCO Instal provides solutions for the whole range of electrical and mechanical installations:

Consultancy - the stage in which we carry out a detailed assessment of the installations, communicate the results and, together with the beneficiary, identify the most appropriate solutions on the basis of which the maintenance plan can be drawn up.
We provide preventive maintenance services for electrical and mechanical installations, which involve planned visits together with the beneficiary, during which the necessary maintenance activities are carried out (checking, measurements, inspections, cleaning, cleaning, adjustment and systematic repair of equipment or systems).
We provide ongoing predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance services at our partner's production site for electrical and mechanical installations.
We intervene 24/7, when necessary, to remedy faults in installations.

PRAM services

ICCO Instal has an authorized grade II laboratory.
We perform authorized tests, with the issuance of the corresponding bulletins, for:

(EIC) Equipment incorporated into constructions
- Check dimensions
- Testing of fasteners and fixings
(IA) Automation installations
- Adapters, converters, compensators - Automation apparatus tests
- Measuring and control loops - Automation tests
- Indicators, recorders, controllers - Testing of automation equipment
(IAE) Electrical installations and equipment
- Tests and checks on power, command and control cables (low and high voltage): high DC insulation, PVC/PE sheathing, insulation resistance, continuity and phase identification.
- Checks on earthing installations: measurement of the leakage resistance, insulation between the null conductor and the metallic confections connected to the high-voltage socket.
- Measurements and checks on electric motors: insulation resistance between windings and with respect to ground, checking direction of rotation.
- Checks on distribution equipment: phase matching on transformers, minimum insulation clearances and bolted joints on busbars.
- Verification, adjustment and commissioning of electrical protections: AAR, DAS, RAR, automatic regulation, etc.
