The expanded project, which includes a multi-functional complex that will include a large aquarium and related spaces, as well as a hotel and green and recreational areas, aims to contribute to raising awareness of the fragility of marine life and raising public awareness for its protection.

The first phase began this year, with the construction of the building where the aquarium will operate, along with its construction and the creation of related spaces. The building will have a height regime of GF+4 and will have an underground parking lot in the basement.

ICCO Instal ensures the design and execution of electrical installations (high and low currents), automation, BMS and mechanical installations – sanitary, thermal, HVAC, fire extinguishing.
