Prelucearea pieselor metalice prin sablare, curatare si vopsire in camp electrostatic contribuie la calitatea confectiilor metalice si la rezistenta si pastrarea proprietatilor acestora in timp.
The sandblasting process uses metal shot blasting and mechanical centrifugation in automatic mode to clean the parts. This is followed by special treatments, such as phosphating, which gives increased durability to the paint coating.
Parts are cleaned with high pH solutions for degreasing, and phosphating uses high quality solutions to ensure the mechanical strength and durability of the paint. These procedures are applied to steel, cast iron, aluminum and galvanized parts.
It is an economical and efficient process that ensures a uniform and hard-wearing paint finish. Carried out both automatically and manually, electrostatic field painting minimizes waste and guarantees a high-quality surface.
